Please carefully read the following terms of use, before using the Fidarts website.

Information for people purchasing licences on the www.fidarts.com

When purchasing licences to use images from Fidarts, you agree to the following terms of use:

• Image licenses can be purchased for business or personal use. They can be used for commercial, editorial, advertising, social media, website design purposes or for the production of free promotional items. To request images for other uses, please email the Fidarts team on hello@fidarts.com to discuss this further.
• You will not reproduce the images for re-sale as prints, in any format, including, but not limited to, fine art and limited edition prints.
• You will not resell or distribute the image as it is. It must be used as part of an integral design.
• You will not share or re-sell the digital download with third parties.
• You do not have permission to share, transfer or reproduce the images for re-sale, unless you purchase the buy-out option. Please email the fidarts team on hello@fidarts.com for further information about buy-outs.
• If you would like to have exclusive use of an image for a fixed period, please email the fidarts team at hello@fidarts.com to discuss prices.
• If you would like permanent exclusive rights over any image, you will need to purchase a buy-out, for fidarts to remove it from the market indefinitely. To discuss buy-outs please email hello@fidarts.com. If a buy-out is purchased, you will own the rights to the digital artwork only, not the original.
• All the items for sale on www.fidarts.com are digital images. If you would like to discuss the purchase of any original artwork, please email the Fidarts team on hello@fidarts.com.
• The artist retains the copyright and the Intellectual Property (IP) of any image licenced, unless buy-out has occurred.

Information for people using www.Fidarts.com

When using www.fidarts.com you understand that:

• You do not have permission to use images (full or partial) from the Fidarts website, without purchasing a licence for them. You also do not have permission to use images from any other Fida platforms including: www.fidaworldwide.com, Instagram etc.
• You do not have permission to remove the watermarks from any images displayed on the website.
• Images on Fidarts are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
• By using this website you agree not to copy, republish, frame, download, modify, link to, transmit, adapt, lease, create derivative works based on, sell, assign, display, distribute, licence, sublicense, or reverse engineer the www.fidarts.com site or any of the contents held on it.
• By using this website you agree that you will not use any data/image gathering methods on www.fidarts.com, including, but not limited to, data mining, robots and other extraction methods.
• You do not have permission to download, display or distribute images from www.fidarts.com (or www.fidaworlwide.com), unless you have purchased a licence to do so.

Information for artists providing images for Fidarts

Permissions

By submitting your images to Fida:

• You give permission for Fida to display, sell and licence your images on www.fidarts.com.
• You give permission for Fida to use any of the images submitted, for promotional purposes, across all social media platforms and on www.fidaworldwide.com.
• You can request to have your image/images removed from www.fidarts.com at any time. You will need to make the request in writing to hello@fidarts.com and we will remove the requested image/images within 30 days of your request.

Copyright and usage

By submitting your images to Fida:

• You agree that you have produced the images and hold the Copyright.
• You understand that your images will be licensed royalty-free, for commercial, advertising and editorial use. For all other uses (i.e. exclusive rights for fixed periods or indefinitely), buyers will have to contact Fidarts direct, to discuss usage and pricing. At this point, we will contact you to talk through the options, where you will decide if you want to move forward. You will be under no obligation to agree to the sale.
• You own the images at all times, unless you have agreed to sell your image with exclusive rights (see previous point), at which time you no longer own the right to post the image online/social media or re-sell the image digitally, for that time period. You still own the rights to the original artworks.
